Have I told you lately I really don’t like to exercise? If I haven’t, then you should know it is one of my least favorite things to do. I have had to work hard on this journey to change that mindset. I’ve taken the time to do the research and understand what it does for my body and why I benefit from it. That research has not changed my lack of love for “exercise” per se, but I have learned to enjoy moving my body more. Instead of tense workouts, I simply make sure to move. I take walks in nature, I kayak, and I definitely love to hike.
