Lately, Keith and I are making a few changes to our daily diet. Neither one of us is going on some extreme, today’s fad diets. We just decided we needed to add in some healthier choices. I have a serious sweet tooth. That always seems to be my downfall when I’m looking to do better with my eating. So, I have been trying out some new recipes that hopefully will help me quench that sweet tooth, but stay on the healthy wagon, so to speak.
